A Senior Production Designer delivers high-quality work independently while supporting team growth. They are trusted to handle complex projects, provide solutions, and elevate brand standards across initiatives.

• Own production quality across multiple deliverables and channels, ensuring brand and technical accuracy.
• Work independently on complex projects with minimal guidance while providing thoughtful options and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with the account teams to ensure alignment.
• Improve templates, workflows, and production processes to strengthen team output.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and elevating execution standards.
• Anticipate and resolve design or production issues proactively.

• Advanced proficiency in design tools and animation platforms (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, animation platforms, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communicator with internal multidisciplinary teams and occasionally present work to client as needed.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environments.
• Able to thrive in a high pressure, detail‑oriented environment.
• Sets and models high standards for creativity, quality, and efficiency.

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $65, per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
