Art Director (Treasury & Payment Solutions)

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Location & Salary:  Toronto, Ontario, Canada $90,000.00-$

Core Responsibilities

Produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for internal product launches, process updates, and campaigns.

Design short videos, motion graphics, and light animations.

Transform complex concepts into clear, visually appealing outputs (slides, one-pagers, infographics, thumbnails).

Refresh and enhance existing creative while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with Communications to deliver visuals that improve message clarity and audience engagement.

Provide quick‑turn, ad‑hoc creative support for leadership and enterprise‑wide channels.

Working Style

Hands‑on creative producer—not a strategy‑focused role.

Senior‑level craftsmanship with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to deliver fast, polished work with minimal direction or iterations.

Must‑Have Qualifications

5–7 years of experience on agency or in‑house creative teams (financial services experience preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing both design and motion work (link or attached portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and Figma.

Expertise in layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

Proven ability to produce high-quality work quickly and independently.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Experience in financial services.

Ability to translate complex financial or payments concepts into engaging visual assets.

Interview Process

Round 1:  30‑minute MS Teams interview with the Hiring Manager.

Round 2:  30‑minute MS Teams interview with a senior team member.
