About the team
Sitting within Stripe Brand Studio, the Link brand team has a distinctive consumer lens, focusing on how Link looks and sounds as it scales to meet meteoric product growth. We build, evolve, and maintain a versatile, forward-looking visual identity system and find clear, fresh ways to apply it across surfaces. The brand designers on our team are multidisciplinary: they design robust visual systems, lead art direction, and craft surfaces that prioritize brand and product storytelling.
Working with cross-functional teams across Stripe and external partners, we raise the quality and consistency of Link experiences—IRL, online, and everywhere between. We set the creative vision and strategy for diverse projects and audiences, and amplify that work across mediums, channels, objects, environments, and both digital and physical touchpoints.
What you’ll do
You’ll be joining a highly creative team that spans anywhere from developing storytelling to creating digital tools, brand systems to rapid ideation. The work is highly experimental, idea driven, and very collaborative and cross-functional.

Minimum requirements
6+ years of relevant design and art direction experience for technical and product-driven companiesExperience working on a variety of experimental projects that exemplify expertise in design, creative technology, typography, and art directionStrong track record independently delivering work as well as influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agenciesA strong strategic acumen for building leading brands in a fast paced, global facing environmentProficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Google SlidesExceptional craftPreferred qualifications
Are genuinely curious, ambitious and creative with a refreshing sense of design, impeccable typography skills, digitally savvy and deep appreciation for creative process, technology and design engineeringAre persuasive and humble in explaining your work, process, and decisions and experienced at facilitating stakeholders to advance the project as well as design qualityHave excellent organization and presentation skills, and excel in written and verbal communicationLove working with other designers to help them learn and grow—and invite them to help you learn and growExperience working (collaboration and facilitation) with cross functional partnersCreative coding or creative technologist background is a nice to haveHybrid work at Stripe
