JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a hands‑on Content & Social Media Strategist to own day‑to‑day social media execution and content creation for two fast‑growing brands:

  • Bondi Produce —Ontario’s leading produce distributor, focused on credibility, thought leadership, and trust within the food service industry
  • arte* — our consumer‑facing salad kit brand, built around creativity, playfulness, and kitchen inspiration

This is a highly specialized, execution‑first role. You’ll spend the majority of your time creating content —planning, shooting, editing, posting, and engaging —across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In.

You’ll be both strategic and scrappy, owning content calendars, creating scroll‑stopping posts, and building community. You’ll shape how both brands show up online while tracking performance and learning what drives real results.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager (with a dotted line to the VP of Sales), you’ll collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure social content supports business goals.

This is a fully in‑office role, based out of our Etobicoke warehouse.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

This is a specialized social media and content creation role. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Spends most of their time creating content and staying plugged into social platforms for trends and inspiration
  • Is deeply creative and idea‑driven, bringing fresh, original ideas to the table (not just recreating what everyone else is doing)
  • Is excited to shoot, edit, and post short‑form video multiple times per week
  • Thinks in Reels, Tik Toks, hooks, and trends
  • Is comfortable being hands‑on and on‑camera when needed
  • Owns social channels end‑to‑end — from idea →execution → performance review
  • Enjoys switching between a B2B chef‑driven brand and a B2C consumer brand
  • Wants to specialize and grow as a content and social expert
PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)

  • Platform‑native storytelling
  • Content created, edited, and published by you
  • Accounts or brands you’ve supported end‑to‑end
  • Notable performance outcomes, such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, clicks, saves, conversions (where applicable), and before/after results or campaign learnings.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form video for both brands (Reels, Tik Toks), alongside high‑quality photography for in‑feed posts, carousels, and stories across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In
  • Capture original photo and video content using DSLR and/or mobile devices, maintaining high visual standards
  • Write engaging captions and creative copy aligned to each brand voice
  • Manage creative assets and ensure timely, consistent delivery across both content calendars
  • Confidently find good light, frame shots, and compose eye‑catching visuals
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars tailored by platform, audience, and business goals
  • Publish, monitor, and engage with followers across platforms
  • Stay current on trends, audio, formats, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align social content with campaigns, events, and promotions
