Shoot Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shoot Coordinator. The Shoot Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, coordinate schedules and logistics, and ensure that all creative projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role includes liaising with clients and creative teams, managing production timelines, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines. The Shoot Coordinator will also handle troubleshooting and problem-solving during shoots to ensure seamless execution.

• Experience in shoot coordination, project management, and organizing schedules and resources for creative productions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and external vendors
• Ability to manage timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results
• Knowledge of content creation, photo, and video production processes
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capable of adapting to changing priorities and solving issues during tight deadlines
• Experience in social media or marketing industries.
