You Are:We are searching for a Copywriter who is passionate about their craft and eager to make an impact. You have experience in interactive, brand campaign and digital content, have a substantial portfolio of published work, and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment. You are comfortable incorporating new technologies like GenAI, curious about the intersection between technology and creativity, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
Above all, you are a strong writer who can adapt to different styles and collaborate effectively.
- Write compelling and creative copy for a variety of platforms and lengths across the funnel—from big idea campaigns and TV spots to long‑form content eBooks and social media ads.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills; be comfortable presenting and defending concepts and copy for both internal and client‑facing meetings.
- Deliver assignments on time while consistently meeting Accenture Song quality standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in adhering to and evolving copy style guidelines.
- Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously with keen attention to craft and detail.
- Formulate and develop disruptive ideas.
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ year of agency experience in a writing role.
- Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, strategic, disruptive and/or brand‑building concepts across multiple platforms.
- 2+ years of agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media—including digital, social, film, long‑form content and print.
- Excellent presentation skills/public speaking.
- A point of view on AI and the future of advertising.
- Natural storytelling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary cross‑function environment.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English.
- Experience in strategic brainstorming and campaign development.
- Experience with Telecomm, Media and Technology (CMT) industry clients.
- Experience in scaled AOR engagements.
- Portfolio that includes award‑winning, industry‑acclaimed work for craft and creativity (One Show, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andys, Effies, ADC).
- Fluent in social media platforms and trends.
- Experience in using GenAI as part of your workflow.
Compensation varies depending on location, role, skill set and level of experience. Base pay ranges for the role are:
- British Columbia/Ontario: $50,550 to $100,550.
