We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help bring high-impact live events to life. You’ll play a key role in organizing, supporting, and executing event logistics, working closely with our Production team and external partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes and wants to grow their career in the live events and production industry.

This is a full-time role based out of our Toronto Main Office and is in-person/onsite. We are looking for someone to start in early February 2026 .

Job Duties

Planning & Administrative

  • Create and manage event documentation, floor plans, and production schedules
  • Gather and organize critical event info from clients and venues
  • Support technical planning by preparing detailed pull sheets and documentation
  • Support creating and managing equipment rental and labour purchase orders
  • Support developing and improving event procedures
  • Support sourcing of third party equipment and labour resources

Labour

  • Book and manage labour for events using Lasso Workforce Management Software
  • Support organizing and file management of technicians profiles and schedules
  • Prepare and distribute event folders

General

  • Assist Production Managers with large events
  • Provide and maintain a positive relationship with all clients, vendors, employees, and independent contractors through effective communication
  • Attend company meetings as required
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times
  • Maintain a cooperative and sensitive teamwork attitude when dealing with colleagues and clients
  • Other duties as required by company

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Event Production, Event Management, or a related field
  • 2 + years of experience in the live events or AV industry
  • Solid understanding of audio-visual equipment and event production workflows
  • Proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Ability to adapt to new tech platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • A professional attitude, high level of integrity, and strong work ethic
