Reporting to the Head of Graphic Design, the 3D Modeler / Graphic Designer is responsible for providing design support, whether that is modelling product and displays, or creating graphic designs from scratch. This role ensures all assets adhere to design tolerances and brand guidelines set by customers.

• Review design requests for comprehension and completeness.
• Develop concept art and renderings driven from customer requests.
• Prepare final graphics templates in adherence with brand guidelines.
• Manage workload to meet critical milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare display design layouts and production art as directed.
• Proof hard copy content from printing vendors.
• Revise designs based on feedback from teams.
• Work with structural design team to ensure accuracy of prototype and production dielines.
• Manage project files in accordance with company requirements.
• Deliver projects On-time In-Full.

• Collaborate professionally with internal teams.
• Comprehend and clarify customer or project requirements.
• Keep project teams updated on milestones and challenges.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams.

• Ensure team compliance with design request processes.
• Understand project scope at hand-off for efficient execution.
• Address project challenges proactively.
• Monitor workload to invest appropriate time into deliverables.
• Attend customer briefings and brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain focus on customer and internal project budgets.
• Control project scope changes to maintain budgets.
• Identify out-of-scope projects and find solutions.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a 3D Modelling role.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Packaging design, Digital Media Design or equivalent.
• Intermediate - expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Intermediate - expert experience with 3D modelling software.
• Knowledge of prototype and production printing processes.
• Ability to produce sketch ideation.
• Effective teamwork capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
