The role requires 7–15 years of experience in concrete construction and strong supervisory skills. The superintendent will ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors, and oversee quality control. With a focus on productivity and project specifications, this position is critical for the successful execution of construction projects.

Competitive salary range is $170,000–$180,000 annually.
