Role Description

This is an on-site role for an Independent Registered Professional Land Surveyor, based in the Greater

Toronto Area, Canada. The successful candidate will conduct land surveying activities, including

topographic surveys, boundary calculations, and field measurements. Responsibilities will include utilizing

various surveying equipment, preparing accurate site plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant

regulations. Collaborating with clients and team members to deliver precise and timely survey results is

integral to the role.

registered in Ontario and has their own equipment to outsource our surveying projects to.

Qualifications
  • Must be licensed from the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors (AOLS)
  • 3 years of experience in Land Surveying, Topographic Surveys, and Building Surveying
  • Proficiency in handling surveying equipment such as Total Station and other relevant tools
  • Must have your own surveying equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct precise measurements and calculations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Professional certification and licensure as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) are required
  • Previous experience in the construction, architectural, or surveying industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with local codes, land use regulations, and surveying practices in Canada
