Location: Richmond Hill, ON (travel to project sites required)

Reports To: Health & Safety Manager

• Support the Health & Safety Manager in delivering the company’s safety program across active ICI sites
• Complete regular site inspections, document findings, and help drive corrective actions
• Assist with worker and subcontractor orientations, toolbox talks, and safety communication
• Help ensure compliance with OHSA and Ontario Construction Regulations
• Support incident and near‑miss reporting, investigations, and prevention initiatives
• Maintain safety documentation including inspections, training records, and site safety materials

• 1–3+ years of safety experience in construction (ICI experience is an asset)
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with trades and site teams
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Working knowledge of Ontario construction safety requirements

• Working at Heights (required or willing to obtain)
• WHMIS (required or willing to obtain)
• First Aid/CPR (asset)
• JHSC certification (asset)
• NCSO or equivalent (asset)
