• Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and other relevant records.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting accountability and excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and estimation, preferably in the steel or construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
