The Site Assistant (SA) is an entry-level position on the Field Operations team. The role requires physical labour (push, pull, move up to 50 lbs) and long periods of being on your feet. The SA ensures the site is clean (preparing worksites, removal of waste materials, loading and unloading materials, and assisting trade workers) and safe per the company's policies and at the direction of the Site Superintendent.

The SA may also be required to competently and safely use basic hand and power tools. Overtime and weekend work may be required subject to the project demands.
