About the Opportunity

This GTA-based Construction Manager has secured $3B in new projects across Ontario, ensuring stability and exceptional growth opportunities.

Projects range from $30M to over $1B, including Higher Education facilities, Data Centres, cutting-edge Healthcare facilities, Police stations, and Correctional Facilities. These are complex, career-defining builds that will position you among the best builders in the country.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of large-scale ICI projects
  • Oversee coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for seamless execution
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure project success
  • Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence across all phases

    The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Proven experience managing ICI construction projects (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial)
  • Nice to have - Full Cycle Project Experience $50M+
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A passion for building and a drive to advance your career
