About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

Proven Experience: You’ve led estimation efforts for complex infrastructure over $100M with a General Contractor. You are familiar with CM, IPD, PDB, and Design Build contracts

Driven Builder: You embrace challenges, love solving problems, and are relentlessly focused on quality, schedule, and profitability.
