- Provide strategic and leadership across all aspects of Marcon’s construction portfolio, ensuring disciplined execution of projects with excellence in schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
- Steer the performance and maturity of construction operations, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive risk management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align, inform decisions, and oversee key project initiatives.
- Champion purpose and values, elevate operational capability, and empower teams to deliver industry‑leading results.
- Dynamic, highly effective construction Director, VP or SVP with proven track record managing entire construction life cycle of multiple complex projects, including high‑rise residential, commercial, and / or industrial.
- Strong end‑to‑end construction management expertise gained as GC or in‑house.
- Positive, empowering leader who can inspire staff and hold them to high accountability.
- Ability to foster innovation and identify value‑added opportunities through all phases of a project.
The expected compensation range is CA $275,000 to CA $325,000, plus financial incentives and benefits.
