Construction Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary
• Utilize construction management software (e.g., Pro Core) to track project milestones, communicate with team members, and manage documentation
• Provide guidance and support to construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safe working environment

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Pro Core)
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation principles
