Site Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area, Barrie and Peterborough areas.

• Ensure project compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Monitor safety protocols.
• Schedule tasks.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and site supervision.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft project, etc.).
• Experience with Procore management software is an asset.
• Full knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
• Degree or diploma in construction management or related field (preferred).
• Certifications in construction safety and project management (preferred).
