Reporting to the Senior Director, Simplii Financial, the Senior Product Manager, Unsecured Lending is the product owner of unsecured lending products, including personal line of credit (PLC) and loan, to provide responsible and accessible credit solutions that help clients achieve financial goals. The Senior Product Manager supports the product vision and strategy for unsecured lending products, defines success metrics and outcomes, and is a part of cross functional teams to deliver measurable customer and business impact.

This role supports Simplii’s business strategy including determining product direction, balancing customer needs, meeting regulatory and risk requirements, overseeing pricing changes, and managing operational and technology constraints. The Senior Product Manager supports prioritization and investment tradeoffs, leads teams through complex and ambiguous problem spaces, and influences stakeholders across Simplii.
