Department Overview

TPMM is a multiyear enterprise initiative transforming how the Bank manages third‑party relationships across the Third Party Management Lifecycle (TPML). The initiative is focused on improving

, and enabling accountability for third‑party spend and risk across the TPML through optimized governance, modernized tooling, automated processes, and data driven insights.

Job Overview

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Third Party Management Modernization
, the Senior Manager is accountable for executing high impact TPMM initiatives and delivery of the program’s strategic priorities.

This role combines strong strategy and delivery leadership with subject matter expertise in third‑party management.

Key Accountabilities
  • TPMM Strategy & OKRs Management
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and agile delivery roadmap for the TPMM initiative, applying strong data analysis and storytelling to gain stakeholder buy‑in.
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise and thought leadership in third‑party management lifecycle design, participating in solution design, testing, and implementation where required.
  • Drive decision making through clear, structured insights and executive level presentations (e.g., business cases, OKR progress, senior executive/ board level updates etc.)
  • Initiative Delivery & Execution
  • Plan, manage, and execute complex transformation deliverables, driving alignment across Procurement, Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology and business stakeholders.
  • Develop clear execution plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues and trade‑offs as needed.
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and trade offs, escalating issues and recommendations as appropriate.
  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to business management activities for Procurement
  • Lead relevant governance meetings or committees and related deliverables / outcomes
  • Lead / facilitate and/or implement action/remediation plans to address performance/risk/governance issues
  • Executive & Stakeholder Enablement
  • Facilitate key discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audience (output is roadmap and/or strategic plan/ deliverables/frameworks/ short to long term goals etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver executive ready materials, including business cases, insights on OKR progress, and decision support.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert across the TPML.
  • Partner effectively with Procurement, Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders.
Experience & Education
  • Undergraduate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in large‑scale transformation/ third‑party management enterprise delivery roles.
