Description:
We are seeking a VP Retail Sales-IT Consulting to lead and grow our Retail and Distribution verticals. This role will have a heavy focus on selling and prospecting new clients.
You will focus on expanding client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that create meaningful impact. You will collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to shape strategies, solve complex challenges, and support transformation across the retail and distribution landscape.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience:
10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in consulting or professional services, with demonstrated success in driving client growth and satisfaction
. Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Retail and Distribution sector within Ontario, including key trends and priorities
. Sales and Delivery Expertise:
Proven ability to sell and deliver complex IT and Business Process Services (BPS) solutions
. Experience engaging with senior leaders and decision-makers in client organizations
. Strong negotiation skills with experience closing high-value deals
