Reporting to the Director, Emerging and High Growth (EHG), the Market and Ecosystem Insights Analyst will be responsible for translating insights on emerging companies, industries, and market trends into actionable strategic initiatives, enhancing the firm’s presence within the ecosystem, supporting the development of EHG-focused talent, and serving as the primary liaison between EHG and Osler’s Client Development & Marketing (CD&M) team.

Position Requirements
Education and Experience
This position requires a College diploma or University Degree specializing in a business discipline, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. A Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree is considered an asset. Background or work experience in the EHG space – Canadian Technology landscape – coming from start-ups, scaleups, incubators, innovation hubs or accelerators is also considered an asset.
Knowledge and Skills
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
Compensation
The range of expected compensation for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
