Work Arrangement- Location: Toronto
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite; flexibility provided)
- Support end-to-end change management activities from initiation through implementation and sustainment.
- Apply change management methodologies and general management practices across initiatives of varying size and complexity.
- Analyze the scope and impact of change across people, processes, technology, financials, and risk dimensions.
- Monitor change adoption and effectiveness, addressing issues as they arise.
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups.
- Engage leaders and stakeholders to build understanding, alignment, and commitment to change initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Identify resistance and develop mitigation plans through targeted communications and training.
- Break down complex business problems and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Identify emerging issues and trends to support informed decision-making.
- Exercise sound judgment to diagnose and resolve non-routine issues within established guidelines.
- Develop and execute change communications plans, including audience analysis, key messaging, channel selection, and timing.
- Provide guidance to business partners on change implementation strategies tailored to the complexity of the change environment.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in change management
- Ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices across the project lifecycle
- Exposure to or knowledge of risk management concepts
- Prior experience within a financial institution (Top 5 bank preferred)
- Strong foundational knowledge gained through post-secondary education and relevant business experience
- Collaboration and teamwork

- Post-secondary degree
- One interview with the Hiring Manager and Lead
- 45-minute virtual interview via Microsoft Teams
- Situational and behavioral-based questions
