The Senior Project Analytics Associate provides analytical insights to determine whether proposed enhancements across operational channels—such as IVR, customer portal, chatbot, CRM, and other internal processes—are appropriate. The role performs post‑mortem analysis on launched projects to confirm whether expected value was achieved. As a subject matter expert in operational and process data, the Senior Project Analytics Associate conducts deep‑dive analyses, identifies root causes, and proposes improvement opportunities.

The position works closely with project leaders and stakeholders to define and validate enhancement requirements. This is a full-time role reporting to the Manager, Operations Modernization, with a flexible hybrid schedule at the Downtown Toronto office.

• Support the review of proposed changes and assess whether all required systems, requirements, and related projects are included. Work with stakeholders to gather necessary information and determine the ideal future-state process flow. Analyze data using Excel and SQL to assess ROI, priority, and impact.
• Conduct post‑mortem analyses for project launches to understand performance, identify what succeeded, what did not, and extract insights for future improvement.
• Perform data testing and validation prior to project launch to ensure accuracy of new data fields and readiness for continuous monitoring.
• Analyze operational and process data to uncover patterns, trends, automation opportunities, outliers, and improvement insights across operational areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Operational experience in the auto‑captive industry is required.
• Familiarity with business processes across Operations.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel within a professional environment.
• Ability to understand data and provide concrete recommendations and conclusions.
• Aptitude to learn business applications and understand how they connect to the data.
• Ability to effectively engage with and present to all levels of management.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration with diverse groups.
• Team‑oriented but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational/planning skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
