Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Interim Coordinator to provide temporary support to our business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks and projects to ensure the smooth functioning of our daily operations during transitional periods.

The hourly pay rate for this role ranges from $32.00 to $35.00, based on relevant experience and skill set.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department heads and team members to gather and analyze data related to business operations.
  • Support Talent Acquisition activities by coordinating interview schedules, liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Assist with recruitment logistics, including posting job requisitions, tracking candidate pipelines, and maintaining recruitment documentation and trackers.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including coordination of start dates, documentation, system access, and induction logistics.
  • Support the coordination and execution of projects, including scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials to stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Provide interim support to HR and Talent Acquisition teams during peak hiring or transition periods, ensuring continuity and compliance with internal processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations and project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
