As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.

The Senior Business Support Analyst will provide day-to-day operational, technical, and analytical support for Private Markets teams leveraging the Yardi and Investran platforms. The Senior Business Support Analyst also provides advanced operational, technical, and analytical support. Serves as escalation point for complex issues and leads cross-functional initiatives. This role requires strong functional knowledge of Private Markets (e.g., Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure), as well as a working understanding of fund accounting principles.

The analyst will serve as a liaison between the business and technology teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable platform utilization in support of investment operations, fund administration, and financial reporting.
