As we continue to scale, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead localisation and growth initiatives for our investment brokerage offering.

About

the Role

As the core Product Manager for the Canadian market, you will bridge local market needs with the Product R&D team eraging deep knowledge of the Canadian securities market, through user insights, supplier integration, and marketing support, you will drive local compliance implementation and product growth. We seek a versatile Product Manager with a blend of investment trading experience and product thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Localization Insights and Product Planning (Market Insight and Product Strategy)
    • Conduct in‑depth research on Canadian investors’ trading habits, pain points, and preferences via interviews and data analysis, and provide high‑quality business insights.
    • Perform competitive product analysis, track rival road‑maps, and formulate competition strategies.
    • Localise product features to meet Canadian market needs.
  • Collaboration with HQ R&D and Requirement Implementation
    • Act as the point of contact between local business and headquarters R&D, translating local business logic and compliance requirements into clear product requirements.
    • Coordinate cross‑timezone communication, manage requirement priorities, follow up on development progress, and ensure on‑time delivery that meets local quality standards.
    • Screen and evaluate local business suppliers (payment channels, KYC/AML compliance service providers, etc.).
    • Assist in negotiating business contracts and technical interfaces to ensure stable integration of third‑party services into the trading system.
  • Vendor Management
    • Screen and evaluate local business suppliers (payment channels, KYC/AML compliance service providers, etc.).
    • Assist in negotiating business contracts and technical interfaces to ensure stable integration of third‑party services into the trading system.
  • Market Growth and Go‑to‑Market and Marketing Support
    • Empower the marketing team from a product perspective and assist in formulating Go‑to‑Market promotion strategies.
  • KOL and Community Operations
    • Connect with local financial KOLs and provide professional content support.
    • Participate in online/offline user lectures (Webinars/Seminars) as a product expert to answer users’ questions about trading mechanisms and platform functions.
  • Must‑Haves
    • Industry Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in the finance/Fin Tech industry with deep understanding of Canadian securities trading rules (US stocks, Canadian stocks, options, ETFs, etc.).
    • Professional Knowledge: Extensive personal investment experience, familiarity with the Canadian investment business system, and basic knowledge of taxation and compliance.
    • Communication

      Skills:

      Excellent cross‑cultural communication skills; able to liaise seamlessly with headquarters technical teams and local English‑speaking partners.
    • Product Thinking: Keen business acumen and logical reasoning; capable of deriving product solutions from business objectives.
    Nice‑to‑Have
    • Licensing

      Qualifications:

      Hold CSC (Canadian Securities Course), CPH, or other CIRO related professional licenses.
    • Product

      Experience:

      Experience designing Internet Brokerage App products or familiarity with back‑end logic of C‑end trading software.
    • Trading

      Experience:

      Active trading of US/Canadian stocks and hands‑on experience with options or other derivatives.
