As a management Consultant, you will take a leading role in reshaping and redefining our industry, through projects in growth strategy, capability assessment and road mapping, business process transformation, technology enablement, and others to transform functions within insurance organizations. You may be leading a work stream within a larger program; or helping to drive projects and produce deliverables for smaller projects alongside a small team of other Alpha resources.

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for a range of issues facing insurance companies. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyze data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business challenge. You’ll be playing a proactive, leadership role in driving our programs forward and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to solve their business challenges.
