As a
** Business Development Specialist**, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
* ** Support and execute strategies
** to grow the client base and acquire new accounts.
* Identify and
** engage potential retailers**, presenting solutions and offerings to new and existing clients.
* Assist with account setup, documentation, and coordinate installations and follow ups to ensure efficient onboarding.
* ** Maintain ongoing contact with retailers
** to support transitions, facilitate meetings, and help resolve operational issues.
* Conduct exit interviews, perform follow ups, and support retention efforts for vulnerable or former clients.
* Monitor compensation, loan agreements, and ensure effective oversight of retailer accounts.
* Support risk management activities and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

** at industry events; assist with planning, budgeting, and building strategic relationships to expand our network.
* ** Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
** and support the onboarding and training of internal and external partners.
* Respond to internal inquiries, collaborate across teams, uphold professionalism, and ensure the timely preparation of reports and expense claims.
