** What You'll Do:
*** Engage with Senior Management to review and enhance current operations and assist with streamline of current offerings.
* Provide insight into standard operating procedures in collaboration with team members and key stakeholders.
* Create a mechanism to report and track input from user and client feedback to enhance current program/product offerings.
* Provide administrative support to senior manager in organizing monthly cross functional department meetings to discuss capacity needs, operational efficiency, and align strategies for improving profitability across all functions.
* Analyze metrics to understand client behavior and product performance and continually improve company products.
* Provide support to team members as needed.
** What You'll Need:
*** A completed post-secondary degree is required;
Commerce, Business Administration, Health Science, Healthcare Management / Administration or Economics is preferred.
* Highly analytical and comfortable with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
* Strong time management and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
You will work a hybrid model with 3-4 days in office per week, with full-time hours Monday to Friday.
Our downtown Toronto office is conveniently located at 150 York St., which is nearby St. Andrew station or a 10-minute walk from Union Station!
** Position Pay Range**$41,830.00 - $57,516.25 CAD annually
Pay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications within the role's compensation grade. Medcan's compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills, market value, and internal equity. The above range pertains solely to the base compensation and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks, benefits, and potential bonuses or incentives.

* The Role:
** We are looking for two
** Operations Coordinators
** to join Medcan on a 6-month contract. These are an excellent opportunity for a new or recent grad who is interested in kick-starting their career working with a leader in Canadian Healthcare. These roles will be a part of Medcan’s onsite clinic teams within our Annual Health Assessment and Memberships business. The successful candidates will get hands-on experience supporting senior management and cross functional stakeholders to optimize operational enhancements.
Play an active role in ensuring the success of assigned projects, including tracking progress, updating team and manager, and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
Demonstrated communication skills with an eagerness to learn and contribute. Self-sufficient individual with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
