Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Director to join Manpower Group’s team. As a Business Development Director, you will partner with clients to provide talent solutions that drive business results.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Create sales plans that capitalize on high-growth client opportunities and aggressively hunt new business
  • Drive year-over-year account growth
  • Leverage our thought leadership to position yourself as a market and industry leader known by clients and in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise
  • Grow revenue and share of wallet
  • Drive client loyalty through continuous improvement of tracked net promoter score
  • Capitalize on opportunities to sell large-scale, comprehensive Manpower Group services within an established portfolio of Key Account clients
  • Create and deliver on account plans to increase client loyalty, deliver significant growth and maximize share of wallet
What you will do
  • Secure new and increased business with key account clients, focused on SOW or new sites to maximize revenue opportunity and deliver significant year-over-year growth
  • Develop and execute against Key Account plans to generate demand within under-tapped accounts and convert dormant contacts to Manpower Group brand advocates
  • Establish and leverage C-suite relationships
  • Address account escalations with focus on client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate across teams/brands to offer customized workforce solutions
Qualifications - External

Required

  • Sales: 5+ years sales experience, with 3+ years selling a solution/service
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients and/or navigating a large, global, matrixed organization
