About the Role:
Graphisoft North America is seeking a results-oriented and relationship-driven Partner Manager to strengthen and expand our channel ecosystem across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on driving partner success through improved sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and strategic business development.
The Partner Manager will work closely with our channel network to increase market coverage, accelerate adoption of Graphisoft solutions, and ensure that partners are equipped to win. This is a highly collaborative role that combines sales enablement, business planning, and partner recruitment—all aimed at achieving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a partner strategy that drives revenue and market share across the U.S. and Canada.
Build strong relationships with existing partners; provide ongoing support, coaching, and joint go-to-market planning.
Actively assist partners in the sales process—supporting lead qualification, proposals, pricing, and deal execution.
Monitor partner pipelines and forecasts; analyze performance to identify growth opportunities and close gaps.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with Graphisoft’s regional strategy and customer needs.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners to assess performance and set shared goals.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver enablement programs, campaigns, and co-selling initiatives.
Ensure CRM accuracy for all partner activities, including deal registration, forecasting, and reporting.
Support partners in transitioning customers to subscription-based models and expanding cross-sell opportunities.
Serve as the primary advocate for partners internally—sharing insights that help refine strategy and programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required;
Business or related field preferred.
6–10 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within a SaaS or B2B environment.
Proven record of building, managing, and growing partner relationships that drive revenue.
Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, distribution models, and co-selling strategies.
Familiarity with architecture, engineering, or construction technology (AEC) is a plus.
Skilled in Salesforce CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and proactive with strong follow-through.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and joint customer activities.

The base pay range for this position is about $105k- $120k USD plus eligible commissions.
