About Brand Health Tracking

The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their in‑market brands by monitoring health and ensuring they stay on the right course. Clients provide their own sales data; we supply brand‑affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing Integrity
  • Ensures projects meet timeline targets and monitors projects’ ongoing progress
  • Identifies project problems and possible solutions, proceeding with implementation of simpler ones
  • Manages daily tasks and projects according to department priorities
  • Performs standardized check points for each study (e.g., checks on‑line/CATI links to ensure programmed questionnaires are accurate and maintain continuous logic and flow as client changes are made over time)
  • Raises issues to manager as appropriate
  • Checks data quality for accuracy
  • Identifies own goals and drives personal development through the performance management process
  • Solves day‑to‑day problems and uses common sense to seek assistance on more complex problems
  • Seeks constructive feedback openly and shares it with peers as appropriate
  • Shares praise, recognition, and appreciation with those who support them

  • May design questionnaires for proofing by senior project lead
  • Monitors and facilitates internal and external operations activities to ensure all deliverables are running according to project plan and takes action to avoid/resolve problems
  • Assists in ordering and monitoring sample
  • Provides first‑level analysis and writes reports for review, including insights of reported data
  • Provides data summaries for comprehensive reports (e.g., organizes data into logic flow and provides key bullet points illustrating data charts)
  • Prepares first draft of report, incorporating statistical testing and designing layout and content
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, including driver analysis (regression, correlation, Shapley values) and segmentation
