Finance SAP Implementation Lead, M&D Procure to Pay [Contract]

What will you work on?

• Serve as the key point of contact for the SAP S/4
  
  HANA project, ensuring business critical inputs are integrated into the system design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Melissa Doug and Spin Master to design and implement the end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay (PTP) process, covering direct and indirect procurement and accounts payable.
• Participate in global design workshops and interface with the S/4 leadership team, System Integrators (SI), and project partners to develop, test, and deploy the PTP functional workstream.
• Assist the business in designing process flows managed within the PTP platform.
• Be accountable for change management, communications and partner alignment to support process improvements, break/fix solutions and approved system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reporting by leveraging SAP S/4
  
  HANA functionalities.
• Ensure robust User Acceptance Testing across the PTP workstream through collaboration with project and functional teams.
• Partner with the IT team to facilitate smooth system integration and data migration.
• Act as a change agent for the SAP S/4 transformation.

What are your skills and experience?

• Relevant experience in SAP business processes related to procurement, vendor management and payments.
• Demonstrated understanding of direct/indirect procurement and PTP processes.
• Prior exposure to systems implementation, project planning and business integration.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
