You have a knack to understand people and to appreciate their strengths as well as their need for improvement. You work like a detective to look constantly for the top talent in a dynamic market. Your responsibilities may include:

• Develop sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as Linked In or social media pertaining to prospective candidates.
• Sourcing high-caliber candidates on an ongoing basis through a variety of mediums and sourcing methodologies.
• Workwith our project team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple skill sets.
• Work effectively to gain the interest of passive candidates through networking andreferrals.
• Strategizedifferent ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research,referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
• A fast learner with high interest in new and emerging technologies and their business applications

• Collegeor university degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Abilityto conduct online or in-person interviews technical.
• Familiarity with social media and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
