Role Overview

Visa Direct is a money‑movement solution that enables Visa clients—including issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants and service providers—to facilitate domestic and cross‑border fund transfers using debit card credentials, bank account information or digital wallet addresses around the world. This role supports Visa Direct Cross Border (formerly Currencycloud), Visa’s recently acquired cloud‑based embedded cross‑border money‑movement infrastructure.

The position is hybrid; days in the office will be confirmed by the hiring manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical client troubleshooting support and project management for a portfolio of approximately 70 North American accounts, managing time and prioritizing efforts toward strategic accounts and identifying opportunities for scalable service.
  • Coordinate internal processes for client account management, addressing and resolving account‑related inquiries and issues including billing, invoicing and compliance activities.
  • Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews of the client portfolio to identify growth potential and proactively address attrition risks.
  • Assist in coordination of contract renewals.
  • Provide ad‑hoc analysis as requested.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes with relevant internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Business Development, Billing, Compliance and Support teams.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), OR 0 years of experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR 4+ years of experience with an advanced degree, OR up to 3 years of experience with a PhD.
  • 2 years’ experience in business operations and technical sales support, particularly in supporting clients’ technical issues, project management, cross‑functional global processes, tools or analytics.
  • Experience supporting cross‑functional program initiatives and facilitating collaboration across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Product and Compliance organizations.
  • Strong project‑management, customer‑success, cross‑functional navigation and technical sales/support skills with high financial acumen and analytical ability.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients.
  • Results‑oriented, organized, capable of handling multiple urgent tasks and operating effectively in ambiguous, virtual environments.
  • Exceptional influencing and presentation skills; strategic thinking and tactical execution in a growing matrixed organization.
  • Team‑winning mindset – pride of outcome versus ownership.
  • Knowledge of Visa products, FX and Global Payments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, MS Dynamics is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual compensation for this position ranges from 105,710 CAD to 155,710 CAD, including sales incentive payments and annual bonus. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, Employee Stock Purchase Program, life insurance, paid vacation and wellness programs.
