ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering integrated programs across mid-sized campaigns and large-scale activations. Building on your experience, you’ll take ownership of specific work streams while supporting Account Managers on more complex deliverables.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to keep timelines tight, deliverables on track, and communication flowing. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives under pressure and brings accountability, flexibility, and proactive problem solving to every project.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT & OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
  • Independently manage assigned work streams within larger campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to standard
  • Identify small process improvements in tools, communication, or timelines to support smoother delivery
  • Maintain clean documentation, trackers, and team recaps that enable clear handoffs and learning
VENDOR & PARTNER MANAGEMENT
  • Track vendor updates, documentation, and communications, escalating issues when needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support or oversee junior staff such as Brand Ambassadors or Coordinators during program execution
FINANCIAL ACUMEN
  • Support budget development by preparing estimates and rationales for manager review
  • Track expenses throughout the project lifecycle and flag variances with context
  • Reconcile budgets with Finance accurately and in a timely manner
CLIENT GROWTH
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear, proactive communication
  • Support preparation for client meetings and contribute insights, recaps, and recommendations
  • Gather and share pre- and post-program learnings that connect results to client goals and KPIs
  • Proactively identify client needs or risks and adjust approach to strengthen relationships and deliver solutions
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • 2 to 3 years of marketing, advertising, or event production experience with direct client-facing program execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with proven accountability for timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client correspondence, reporting, and presentation development
  • Experience coordinating vendors and logistics with strong attention to detail in documentation and issue escalation
  • Financial acumen demonstrated through accurate cost tracking, variance flagging, and reconciliation
  • Research and analytical skills with the ability to connect program results to KPIs and contribute to client-facing presentations
  • Collaborative team player who supports and coaches junior colleagues and contributes to positive team morale
  • Agency, client service, or customer service experience is considered an asset
