Job Requirements
10+ years of experience in customer engagement and loyalty strategy
Proven track record in designing and evolving loyalty programs, with deep understanding of behavioural drivers, loyalty mechanics, operations, and economics
Demonstrated success leading new client pursuits, proposal, and executive level pitches
Strong ability to connect customer strategy to business outcomes, and commercial impact
Experience working across multidisciplinary teams and integrating multiple capabilities into cohesive solutions
Executive presence, strong storytelling skills, trusted advisor rapport
Stellar ability to influence others in a complex, matrix environment and gaining buy-in at multiple levels across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Client Growth & Solution Architecture
Lead client expansion opportunities as a senior loyalty strategist, partnering closely with Business Development to shape the opportunity and solution
Translate client business challenges, customer insights, and market dynamics into relevant, differentiated customer engagement and loyalty strategies
Bring a strong point of view on evolving market dynamics and customer behaviour into solution design to ensure relevancy for clients, differentiation against competitors, and future ready.
Architect winning loyalty solution proposals, collaborating with cross-functional practices to ensure the integration of innovative thinking across Bond solutions
Apply innovation thoughtfully, balancing creativity with operational feasibility and scalability
Proposal Development & Client Pitches
Lead proposal strategy, narrative development, and solution design for new customer engagement opportunities
Own the strategic storyline in RFPs and client pitches, ensuring clarity, differentiation, credibility, and executive relevance
Act as a senior practitioner and trusted advisor in client pitch environments, articulating complex ideas with confidence and credibility
Go-to-Market & Marketing Enablement
Lead marketing enablement efforts related to customer engagement and loyalty, including POVs, case studies, and pitch material
Partner with Practice leads to enhance solution frameworks and new solutioning opportunities
Partner with marketing stakeholders to refine and activate the Practice’s go-to-market strategy representative of our expertise and offerings
Selective Delivery Leadership
Hands‑on leadership for complex loyalty and customer engagement design solutions
Lead strategic vision and delivery execution, building client trust
Act as a senior advisor throughout delivery, supporting delivery teams through high‑complexity design phases ensuring strategic integrity, and quality
Job Benefits
Compensation :
The expected base salary compensation for this role is $149,550 to $192,250 CAD annually.
