Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Onsite/Hybrid, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support complex Information & Information Technology (I&IT) initiatives within a large Public Service environment. The role will involve leading requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and testing support activities to ensure that business needs are translated into clear, actionable technical requirements.

• Provide end‑to‑end business analysis services for complex I&IT initiatives across diverse programs.
• Engage stakeholders and SMEs to gather, document, validate, and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and options assessments.
• Conduct business modeling, process mapping, workflow analysis, data modeling, and use case development.

• Comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional and non-functional requirements.
• Detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, business process models, and data flow diagrams.
• Business cases, feasibility studies, impact analyses, and cost-benefit assessments.
• Stakeholder engagement materials including presentations, briefing notes, mockups, and JAD session outputs.

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, BRDs, process maps, and testing coordination.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Open Text Content Suite, xECM, and related Open Text products.

• Ability to translate complex business and data requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Experience with business analysis techniques, including business event modelling, functional modelling, and workflow modelling.
