Project Coordinator, Co-op

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator, Co‑op to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team in Burnaby or Toronto
. The role is an 8‑month co‑op from May 2026 to December 2026; applications accepted January–March.
The PMO leads high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives aimed at growing and transforming the business. The team supports strategic vision, manages execution, leads change management, reporting strategies, and long‑term success, collaborating with Strategic Planning, Customer Insights, and Data Insights to keep projects on time and the business growing.
What you’ll work on:- Partner with functional leaders to understand project targets and help achieve business goals.
- Partner with Project Managers on major cross‑functional projects and lead smaller initiatives independently.
- Meet with project teams to monitor progress, ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Track project pieces—action items, meeting minutes, decisions, timelines, risks.
- Draft and maintain project documents, spreadsheets, and tracking tools such as Asana.
- Prepare regular project status reports.
- Help develop project management best practices, contribute to playbooks and templates.
- Maintain the Business Operations and project management wiki.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
- A learning mindset and enthusiasm for trying new things.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a large cross‑functional project team.
- Strategic mindset—critical thinking, big‑picture view, strategic questioning, proactive problem solving.
- Excellent writing and clear communication skills.
- Experience with Gantt charts, spreadsheet management, or project management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Asana).

Compensation is part of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. Expected base pay: $46,000 CAD.
Hybrid work environment—local Clions in office minimum twice per week. 4% vacation pay for hours worked.
