We are seeking a experienced Business Analyst
, that will be a subject matter expert working closely with our Finance Team
. This position is a full-time,
contract ending on December 31st, 2026
. This position will be based out of our Head office in Liberty Village and offers a hybrid work schedule of up to 3 days a week in‑office.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $80,000 to $90,000.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

• Provide overall vision and ERP system expertise and supporting modules to solution continuous improvement
• Prioritize scope items related to Finance measuring business impact, complexity, delivery, and training
• Collaborating with business users to understand their challenges and help solve those challenges by leveraging D365 and other systems. Translating global and local business needs into system and application solutions and assisting in creating test cases for QA testing and UAT
• Gathering requirements from multiple sources and translating those requirements to a set of documented needs: i.e., business requirements documentations and functional specification documentations
• Identifying business solutions tools and data flows, and developing workflow diagrams with multiple swim lanes using industry standard tools
• Working closely with software developers, project managers, and quality assurance (business users) to translate business requirements into successful technical deliveries
• Working closely with Finance & Accounting to ensure operational ERP information flows flawlessly into the Financials, specifically AR, AP, and GL
• Assist in prioritizing project deliverables and roadmap – sprint reports, design decisions, CRP test cases, modifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience as a IT Business Analyst
• Ability to elicit requirements, document current state and future state business process flows, provide GAP analysis and propose viable solutions to business issues
• Strong understanding of Procure to Pay (Purchasing, Production, AP Invoicing, AP Payment) & Order to Cash (B2B/B2C Orders, Invoicing, Flow of Goods, Cash)
• Proficient in financial business processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Tax, and Supply Chain Finance (Production and Inventory)
• Experience in D365 or SAP preferred
