The Senior Business Case Analyst will lead the development of business value cases across the organization. This role requires advanced financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to build sophisticated models that demonstrate ROI and long-term impact. The ideal candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to quantify benefits, assess costs, and create compelling value propositions for enterprise initiatives.

• Lead the creation of financial models for business cases, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis.
• Collaborate with executives and business units to identify strategic value drivers and translate them into measurable outcomes.
• Conduct complex scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess risk and impact.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports that clearly articulate business value and strategic alignment.
• Establish frameworks for benefits realization tracking and continuous improvement.
• Align and influence business units on how metrics will be captured.
• Contribute to best practices in value modeling and analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis, business case development, or management consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex modeling), and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of capital budgeting techniques and value realization frameworks.
• Ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Skilled at analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
• Exceptional ability to present financial insights in a clear, compelling narrative for executive audiences.
• Comfortable working across multiple business units and managing competing priorities.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem solving skills.
