Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the development of OPS TB/MB20 Business Cases and support strategic initiatives within the Ontario Public Service (OPS). This role involves preparing board‑ready artifacts, coordinating Cabinet submissions, and ensuring compliance with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology (UPM), Enterprise Architecture, and Gating processes.
Scope- Lead OPS TB/MB20 Business Case development, including problem definition, options analysis, cost‑benefit analysis, and benefits realization planning.
- Prepare executive‑level materials:
Business Cases, briefing notes, slide decks, and decision requests. - Coordinate and present Cabinet submissions and complex issue analyses for senior management.
- Facilitate reviews and sign‑offs with Executive Sponsors, I&IT leadership, Finance, Procurement, Privacy/Security, and Legal.
- Approved TB/MB20 Business Case and supporting documentation.
- Board‑ready briefing materials and decision requests.
- Stakeholder engagement reports and fit/gap analysis documentation.
- Procurement readiness plan and compliance checklist.
- Proven experience leading complex Business Cases and Cabinet submissions.
- Strong financial modeling skills (TCO, ROI, cost‑benefit analysis).
- Expertise in preparing reports, options papers, and executive presentations.
- Familiarity with OPS UPMM, Enterprise Architecture, and Gating processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of AODA, FIPPA, and information management principles.
- Experience supporting procurement readiness and change management.
- Awareness of emerging I&IT trends and integration patterns.
