The Volunteer Business Development Manager plays a strategic role in supporting organizational growth by identifying partnership opportunities, supporting revenue-generating initiatives, and strengthening stakeholder relationships. This role is ideal for a professional seeking leadership experience, international exposure, and meaningful impact within a growing global organization.

• Identify and research new partnership, sponsorship, and collaboration opportunities
• Support outreach to corporate, nonprofit, government, and diaspora stakeholders
• Assist with proposal development, pitch decks, and concept notes
• Contribute to market research and opportunity mapping (local and international)
• Support business expansion initiatives aligned with MSM Global’s mission and programs
• Track opportunities and maintain basic pipeline reporting
• Participate in strategy meetings and provide growth recommendations
• Represent the organization at virtual meetings or networking events (as needed)

• Background or strong interest in business development, strategy, consulting, sales, or partnerships
• Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Interest in economic development, entrepreneurship, diaspora engagement, or social impact is a strong asset

• Strategic business development experience
• Proposal writing and stakeholder engagement
• Exposure to international trade, consulting, and nonprofit ecosystems
• Leadership development and executive-level collaboration
• Real-world impact experience supporting global initiatives

• Mentorship and direct collaboration with senior leadership
