AboutThe Role
We are seeking an Analyst, Procurement & Purchasing to join our dynamic Finance team and support the growing volume of procurement operations. This role will manage purchase orders and requisitions, supplier onboarding, and contract administration using SAP S/4
HANA and Ariba, while ensuring compliance with CAAT’s procurement policies.
The analyst will play a key role in our digital transformation journey, streamlining procurement processes, enhancing reporting and compliance, and supporting cross‑functional teams.
As The Newest Member Of Our Team, You’ll- Create, track, and manage purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions (PRs) in SAP S/4
HANA and SAP Ariba. - Ensure procurement transactions comply with CAAT’s policies and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage supplier onboarding and performance tracking in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP).
- Administer supplier contracts in SAP Ariba Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal, IT, and business units—to address procurement‑related inquiries and resolve issues throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Prepare procurement reports and analysis to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and process improvements.
- Support Phase 2 of SAP Ariba implementation, guiding internal stakeholders through new processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in procurement practices.
- Ensure compliance and help mitigate procurement risks.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
- Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, ideally with exposure to technology‑related procurement.
- Certifications such as NISCL‑CSCL or CSCMP are an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with SAP S/4
HANA and/or SAP Ariba is preferred. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and meet tight deadlines.
- A team‑player attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to handle interactions with senior stakeholders and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
