Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Toronto, Canada
Duration: 6 Months
Technical Skills- Full‑cycle recruitment experience in product roles (agency and in‑house) with high volume (20+ requisitions at a time)
- Sourcing experience
- Extensive experience recruiting for product‑focused positions such as Product Managers and Product Designers in both corporate and agency environments.
- Proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product‑focused positions.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates by understanding product lifecycle, market needs, and industry trends.
- High sense of urgency and commitment to meeting hiring goals in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Results‑driven with a strong sense of urgency; adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of business acumen and comfort in dealing with ambiguity.
- Experience fostering collaborative working relationships, advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong experience building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across functions.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Workday ATS preferred but not required.
