As an Account Executive
, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and signing up practitioners as reseller partners. You will own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — and ensure practitioners have the tools they need to successfully offer Vielight products to their patients.
This role is ideal for someone who is goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to new prospects daily.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new practitioners (chiropractors, neurofeedback providers, functional medicine doctors, integrative clinics, etc.).
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, events, and networking.
- Deliver effective product presentations and demos (in-person and virtual).
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads through CRM tools.
- Negotiate agreements and close practitioner partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align on practitioner market strategies.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve messaging, tools, and practitioner support.
- Number of new practitioner accounts signed.
- Practitioner conversion rate (from lead to reseller).
- Sales revenue generated from practitioner partnerships.
- Consistent pipeline growth and outbound activity.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience
- 2–4 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in medical devices, healthcare sales, or B2B partnerships.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
Skills & Attributes

- Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and closing new business.

- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and reporting.
