Growth Marketing Assistant ; UBRJP

- Build & Execute:
Implement campaigns and customer strategies that enhance visibility and demand for Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail categories across the US and Canada.

- Your execution will directly drive growth and consumer engagement.
- Analyze & Optimize:
Measure and analyze campaign performance meticulously. Generate actionable insights to drive impactful improvements and share key learnings.
- Program Improvements:
Develop best practices for content optimization, considering audience, timing, in-app placement, promotions, and other variables to drive impact.
- Collaborate:
Work closely with internal stakeholders across ops, marketing and partner management teams. Balance the strategic objectives of Uber Eats and merchant partners to create mutually beneficial outcomes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in operations, marketing, growth operations, strategy, planning, management consulting, or related roles with a strong desire to expand skill set
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of owning and executing cross-functional initiatives, with strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to consistently execute complex tasks with high accuracy
- Highly collaborative - engage and mobilize multiple teams to drive execution towards shared goals
- Passionate about working at the intersection of merchandising and operations in the on-demand delivery space

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in eCommerce merchandising is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is highly preferred
