**** Writing and Content Creation
***** Prepare all partnership mailing templates and documentation sent to travelers
* Update mailings for each departure based on mailing schedule
* Prepare and proof reports for partnership meetings
**** Collaboration and Support
***** Work with the local team to secure up to date itineraries, accommodations and day by day details for each mailings.
* Support the writing of proposals for new partner product as needed
* Support the Partnership Specialist and Lead with preparing reports, documentation and research.
**** Cross Department Function
***** Help with online content updates for partnership product
* Support the Product department on needed content changes, audits and content update

* Experience:

*** 2+ years or more of writing and proofing experience
* Advance English writing and grammar skills
* Experience in administrative work
* Advanced communication skills, both oral and written
* Exceptional multitasking skills
* A team player that understands how to collaborate and build strong relationships.
* Experience traveling outside the US, is a plus
