CI Wealth is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and relationship-oriented Strategic Coordinator to support the SVP, Head of Business Development, and a national team of Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). This role focuses on strategic planning, project management, and team coordination. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, enabling strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across the business development team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic & Operational Support
- Partner with the SVP to manage and execute strategic priorities, including advisor recruitment, growth initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate and track progress on key business development initiatives across regions.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of national business development strategies and advisor engagement programs.
- Act as a central point of contact between the SVP, RVPs, and internal departments (e.g., marketing, compliance, operations).
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, offsites, and leadership forums, including agenda development and follow-up tracking.
- Support onboarding and integration of new RVPs and business development team members.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across the business development team to ensure consistent execution of national priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and produce internal marketing materials that align with brand standards and business objectives.
- Assist in crafting and delivering clear, engaging communications to support organizational initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Previous experience with Salesforce
- Some marketing experience
- Exposure to CRM databases
- Someone with 5-10 years experience in a similar role
